Chang's Super Lo-Cal Traditional Noodles are made from the soluble fibre derived from the Konjac root. Taking on the flavours of sauce or soup readily, it has been widely used in Japan in hot pots and soup for many years. With less kilojoules than a slice of bread, these gluten free noodles are super low calorie, 100% fat free and suitable for low carb diets.

Drain noodles from the packet and rinse in running water for 15 seconds, drain off water and they are ready for cooking.

Stir Fry: Add near the end of cooking.

Boil: Add to soup.

Pasta: Add to your favourite pasta sauce instead of pasta.

Salad: Add to salad before adding dressing.
