Orgran Premium White Bread Mix is ideal for making bread, pizza bases and dinner rolls. Bake delicious breads that are better for you and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, or added MSG. This mix is also gluten free, dairy free, egg free and vegan.
Easy to make, just add water and oil. Prepared product is freeze and thaw stable.
450g Orgran Premium Bread Mix (1 box)
425ml warm water (395ml if with yeast)
5g (1 1/2 tsp) dried yeast (optional)
50ml vegetable oil.
Preheat conventional oven to 205ºC. Preheat fan forced oven to 190ºC.
Grease loaf tin.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Immediately spoon bread mix into greased loaf tin.
Proof loaf in warm area (between 30ºC - 40ºC for 40-50 minutes (28-32 minutes if with yeast).
Bake for 10 minutes and reduce temperature to 190ºC (if using conventional oven) or 175ºC (if using fan forced oven). Bake for a further 20 minutes.
Remove from tin as soon as possible and allow to cool on cake rack for 1 hour before slicing.

25ml vegetable oil.
305ml warm water.
9g dried yeast (optional).
4.5g sugar (if using yeast).
Preheat oven to 250ºC and oil 2x 29cm pizza trays.
Place bread mix into a large bowl and make a well in the center.
Option step if using Yeast: In a separate bowl, dissolve 4.5g sugar in 305ml warm water and stir in 9g instant dry yeast. Allow the yeast mixture to rest in a warm place for approx 5 minutes or until active and frothy.
Add 25ml of vegetable oil and 305ml of warm water (or Yeast mixture) to the flour mixture. Combine with a spoon until the dough can be collected in a ball and kneaded by hand. Knead dough briefly on a dusted board, divide into 2 pieces and roll out into circles to fit pizza trays or desired thickness.
Top with desired topping and bake for 7-15 minutes until the toppings are bubbling and golden.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a large loaf tin with baking paper. Place contents of packet into a large bowl.
Combine the wet ingredients: 620ml (2.5 cups water), 4 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons sweetener (optional), and whisk into the dry mix. Whisk well! Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes then pour into the prepared tin.
Bake for 1 hour then remove tin and paper. Place back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
