Ingredients:
- 1 Sachet of Pancake Mix
- 1 Cup of Water
Directions:

Place one Sachet of mix into a large jug or bowl and add water.

Whisk Mix until smooth. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- Heat Frying Pan on a medium to high heat. Spray or wipe the pan with oil and pour pancake batter to the required size.
- When pancake has bubbles and is easy to lift from the pan, flip it over. It should be golden brown. Cook on the other side for approximately 1 minute or until cooked through.
Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Sugar, Potato Starch, Baking Powder, Cellulose Powder, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavour, Iodised Salt, Mono & Diglycerides, Psyllium Husk.

Ingredients:
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 1 Mashed Banana
- ¼ (65mL) Cup of Water
- ½ Cup Oil
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a loaf tin.

In a large bowl, beat banana bread mix, mashed banana, eggs, water, and oil with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour batter into the prepared tray.

Bake for 50 minutes. Once baked, leave in the tin to cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

YOMO Gluten Free Gingerbread Biscuit Mix - 215g
YOMO Gluten Free Gingerbread Biscuit Mix is full of nutritious almond meal and other pure ingredients. It is super easy to make and can be made two delicious ways, depending on your dietary requirements and preferences. All YOMO Gluten Free baking mixes are vegan, though they can be made with dairy if that’s what you like, because it's all about choice.
Ingredients for Plant Based Option:
- 63g (1/4 cup) melted dairy-free spread
- 28g (1x 20ml tbsp) golden syrup
Ingredients for Dairy Option:
- 40g (2x 20ml tbsp) melted butter
- 28g (1x 20ml tbsp) golden syrup
- 20g (1x 20ml tbsp) water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Combine melted dairy free spread, or melted butter and water with golden syrup in a large bowl.
- Add the baking mix and mix well with a spatula until you have a smooth dough.
- Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture and place onto a lined baking tray - flatten slightly, leaving ~5cm between each biscuit.
- Bake for ~10-12 min or until gingerbread is golden around the edges.
- The gingerbread will be soft when it comes out of the oven, so please allow 10 mins for it to cool and set before eating!
Cooking Tip: If you wish to cut out gingerbread shapes, wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for ~3 hours. Roll the dough out between plastic wrap or baking paper sheets, then cut shapes.

- Add 1 Cup (250ml) Hot Water and a pinch of Salt.
- Stir gently with a fork until combined.
- Add 1/4 Cup Hot Water, whisk until smooth.
Hot Tips For Magnificent Mash
- Replace the final 1/4 Cup Hot Water with Milk for a creamy mash.
- There is no Salt in the mix, add to taste.
- Don't use Boiling Water 50°C Hot Tap Water is fine.
- Be careful when adding hot liquids.
- Pot can be placed in the microwave for up to 1 minute to reheat before serving.
- Leftover Mash should be refrigerated ad consumed within 24 hours of preparing.
