Made from a blend of corn, rice and tapioca flours, Freemills Gluten Free Self Raising Flour is a gluten free cake and baking flour with an authentic taste and performs just like regular flour. Use it cup-for-cup as a substitute for wheat flour in your favourite recipes and make anything gluten free!
Produced in an allergen free facility, it is free from dairy, nuts, soy, egg and sesame. It is also endorsed by Coeliac Australia for coeliac gluten free diets and certified FODMAP Friendly, making this Vegan flour ideal for families with multiple food allergies.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups Freemills Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 4 eggs or equivalent egg replacer
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Blitz to thoroughly mash the bananas.
- Mix the eggs, milk and oil into the mashed bananas.
- Sift the flour, sugars, salt and baking powders together in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared tin and bake for one hour or until golden and skewer comes out clean.
Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Flour, Raising Agent (Baking Soda), Thickener (Xanthan Gum).
Nil on packaging.
