Made from the finest Italian corn, Le Veneziane Pasta Rigatoni is a premium gluten free pasta that remains consistently firm during cooking. The ribbed hollow shape holds onto sauce wonderfully and is very popular. Le Veneziane GF pasta is specifically formulated for Coeliacs and is also suitable for wheat free, egg free and lactose free diets.
Cooking time 8/9 minutes.
For every 100g of pasta, add 1 litre of water to a large pot and bring to the boil. Add salt (optional) to boiling water and then add Le Veneziane pasta. Stir occasionally whilst cooking for approximately 8-9 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Drain pasta and serve.
