Maidea Gluten Free Mezze Maniche Rigate Pasta is a tube-shape shaped pasta similar to rigatoni but cut shorter. This pasta has ridges down the length of the tubes which helps sauces to adhere to the pasta. Rigatoni pasta is very popular in Southern Italy and is ideal for use with thick cream or tomato based sauces of made into pasta bake.

For every 100g of pasta, add 1 litre of water to a large pot and bring to the boil. Add salt (optional) to boiling water and then add Maidea pasta. Stir occasionally whilst cooking for approximately 11 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Drain pasta and serve.
