Made from the finest Italian corn, Le Veneziane Gluten Free Fettuccine Nest is a premium gluten free pasta that remains consistently firm during cooking. Le Veneziane GF pasta is specifically formulated for Coeliacs and is also suitable for wheat free, egg free and lactose free diets.
Cooking time 6/7 minutes.
For every 100g of pasta, add 1 litre of water to a large pot and bring to the boil. Add salt (optional) to boiling water and then add Le Veneziane pasta. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Drain pasta and serve.
Tip: To keep the nest shape cook using a pasta basket.
