A Japanese inspired Teriyaki stir fry simmer sauce combining the authentic flavours of soy, sesame and ginger.

 Ingredients:

  • 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
  • 350g lean beef, chicken or pork, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup broccoli (45g)*
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and finely sliced (150g)
  • 1/4 red or yellow capsicum, sliced (50g)
  • 6 green beans (40g)
  • 140g rice stick noodles

* You can include broccoli in this meal - up to 1/2 cup (45g per serve is low FODMAP.

Directions:

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. In a heavy base fry pan or wok add the vegetable oil over a medium heat.
  3. Fry meat strips until browned, add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  4. Pour in 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and add rice noodles, toss and cook for a further 30 seconds.
