A Japanese inspired Teriyaki stir fry simmer sauce combining the authentic flavours of soy, sesame and ginger. This gluten free meal base is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and contains no MSG.

 Ingredients:

  • 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
  • 350g lean beef, chicken or pork, cut into strips
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and finely sliced (150g)
  • 1/4 red or yellow capsicum, sliced (50g)
  • 6 green beans, sliced (40g)
  • 1/2 cup broccoli* (45g)
  • 140g rice stick noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Nigella seeds and finely sliced seaweed to garnish.

* You can include broccoli in this stir fry - up to 1/2 cup (45g) per serve is low FODMAP.

Directions:

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. In a heavy base fry pan or wok over a medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
  3. Fry meat strips until browned, add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  4. Pour in 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and toss through rice noodles, cooking for a further 30 seconds.
  5. Garnish with Nigella seeds and finely sliced seaweed.
