FODMAPPED For You! Roasted Pumpkin, Spinach & Feta Risotto is a creamy pumpkin risotto paired with spinach and feta for a delicious quick and easy meal, served hot or cold. This gluten free quick meal is also free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
FODMAPPED For You! makes eating a FODMAP diet easy; with no onion and no garlic, this recipe has been tested to be low in FODMAPs per serve when cooked and served as instructed.
Stove Top: Open this pouch, pour risotto into a small, warm, non-stick pan over a low heat. Add 2-3 teaspoons of warm water. Warm through for 3 minutes on a medium heat, continuously stirring. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
Microwave: Squeeze pouch before heating, tear top corner of pouch open to 2cm. Heat upright in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Tear open, remove carefully and stir with a fork to separate and ensure it has warmed evenly, pour into a bowl and enjoy!
