Ingredients:
- 1 box Well & Good Cheesy Mac Wild About Mushroom
- 1 1/4 cup Milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free Margarine
- Add milk, water and cheesy sauce to a large microwave safe bowl. Stir until there are no lumps. Add pasta and margarine.
- Cook on high for 4 minutes, take out and stir then continue to cook for an additional 4 minutes. Check again and cook further as required.

- 1 1/4 cup Milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free Margarine
- Add milk, water and margarine to a small pot and bring to the boil.
- Add pasta and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Add the Cheesy Sauce sachet and whisk to a smooth consistency. Allow to stand for two minutes before serving.

- 500g FODMAPPED Roasted Pumpkin, Spinach & Feta Risotto
- 2 free range eggs
- 100g spinach leaves
- 400g cold roast chicken
- 1/2 red capsicum finely sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- In a large bowl combine FODMAPPED Roasted Pumpkin, Spinach & Feta Risotto, eggs, spinach leaves, sliced roasted chicken and red capsicum - mix well to combine.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 20cm shallow baking dish, season with black pepper.
- Sprinkle over the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the pie in oven for 20 minutes until egg is set and pie is golden. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes prior to serving. Delicious served hot or cold.
