Fodmapped FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Simmer Sauce - 200g
A Japanese inspired Teriyaki stir fry simmer sauce combining the authentic flavours of soy, sesame and ginger. This gluten free meal base is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and contains no MSG.
FODMAPPED For You! makes eating a FODMAP diet easy; with no onion and no garlic, this recipe has been tested to be low in FODMAPs per serve when cooked and served as instructed.
Ingredients:
- 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 350g lean beef, chicken or pork, cut into strips
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely sliced (150g)
- 1/4 red or yellow capsicum, sliced (50g)
- 6 green beans, sliced (40g)
- 1/2 cup broccoli* (45g)
- 140g rice stick noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Nigella seeds and finely sliced seaweed to garnish.
* You can include broccoli in this stir fry - up to 1/2 cup (45g) per serve is low FODMAP.
Directions:
- Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- In a heavy base fry pan or wok over a medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
- Fry meat strips until browned, add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
- Pour in 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and toss through rice noodles, cooking for a further 30 seconds.
- Garnish with Nigella seeds and finely sliced seaweed.

Ingredients:
- 200g FODMAPPED Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
- 300g boneless chicken thigh fillets, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely diced (150g)
- 1 large potato, peeled and finely diced (150g)
- 1 tomato (de-seeded), finely diced (125g)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Basmati rice & coriander to serve
Directions:
- In a heavy base fry pan or wok on medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
- Brown the diced chicken for 3-4 minutes until almost fully cooked.
- Add potatoes, carrots and tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in 200g FODMAPPED Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce. Stir through, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until carrot and potatoes are cooked through. Stir occasionally.
- Serve with steamed rice and garnish with coriander.

- 350g lean beef, chicken or pork, cut into strips
- 1/2 carrot, peeled and finely sliced (50g)
- 1/4 red or yellow capsicum, sliced (50g)
- 6 green beans (40g)
- 1/2 cup broccoli* (45g)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Basmati rice, lime wedges and coriander to serve

Directions:
- In a heavy base fry pan or wok on medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
- Brown the meat strips for 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add carrot and capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add beans and broccoli, pour in 200g FODMAPPED Green Curry Simmer Sauce and stir through, cooking for a further 12-15 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice and garnish with a lime wedge and chopped coriander.
