Morning Tea can be a tricky time of day. Make it simple with Well & Good’s Gluten Free Muffin Mix. With this product, you can create a huge range of baked goods including orange poppy seed cake, tea cake, waffles, and, of course, muffins.
This recipe can be made vegan too! Simple use a vegan egg replacer or following the instructions on the box.
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, tree nuts, peanut, soy, and suitable for those following a Vegan/Vegetarian diet. Kosher.

To make these muffins Vegan, simply replace the eggs with 1 teaspoon of GF baking powder and 1 mashed banana, or alternatively use an egg replacer. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
