Well & Good's Egg Free Meringue & Pavlova Mix makes delicious plant-based and vegan desserts possible as well as super easy - just add cold water! Each box of mix will make 25 large meringues or one large pavlova. Try using this mix as a topping for cupcakes or lemon cream pie!

Ingredients:
- 40g Vegan Meringue Mix (included in box)
- 300g Sugar mix (included in box)
- 200ml water (ice cold)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 65 degrees celcius (60 degrees for fan-forced oven).
- Mix the meringue mix sachet and ice cold water in a bowl and leave it to sit for 2 minutes.
- Mix on medium speed for approximately 2 minutes until white and fluffy.
- Reduce mixer speed to slow and gradually add half of the sugar mix to combine, then turn up the speed to medium again and mix for 3 minutes.
- Reduce mixer speed to slow again and gradually add the remaining sugar mix. continue to mix on a slow speed for 3 minutes or until dissolved.
- Pipe or spoon onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Leave in oven overnight on low heat to dry meringue out. Or for a speedy meringue, bake at 100 degrees celcius for 180 minutes.
