Properzi's gluten free Pandoro is made from a traditional Italian recipe. This Italian Specialty Cake originated in Verona, made with yeast and as the name suggests, it is a lovely golden coloured cake. Warm gently to soften before serving with a dusting of icing sugar.

Corn Starch, Butter, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Eggs, Water, Yeast, Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fibres (Psyllium and Inulin), Thickener: Guar, Hyroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, Fructose, Flavours, Salt, preservative: Sorbic Acid, Corn Malt Extract. Contains a sachet of icing sugar (ingredients: sugar, corn starch, flavours).

Contains Dairy, Eggs and Yeast. May contain traces of Nuts and Soy.
