Made out of chickpea, potato, rice, tapioca and maize flour, and combined with a generous flavouring of Indian spices, a good handful of sweet sultanas and a smashing of roasted cashew nuts. Just add ricotta cheese or tofu to create snacks that will deliciously melt in your mouth and be a hit with kids and adults alike.
