Ardor Food Co Gluten Free Bread Baking Flour is a premium grade, multipurpose bread flour that is great for making most styles of bread; dinner rolls, sandwich style loaves, specialty breads and even sweet buns are back on the menu!

 Ingredients:

  • 500g of Ardor Gluten Free Bread Flour
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 380ml warm water
  • 12g dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 170° C (conventional).
  2. In a bowl add flour, yeast, and sugar and mix.
  3. Add water, salt and olive oil, kneading after each addition until combined.
  4. Form dough into a loaf shape and let it rest for 1 to 1.5 hours in a warm place.
  5. After your dough has rested, make one to 3 slits in the top and then bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
