Le Veneziane has been making excellent gluten-free products for more than 60 years. This gluten free, vegan potato gnocchi is so easy to cook and will go perfectly with your favourite pesto or pasta sauce!
Pour gnocchi straight from pack into a saucepan of salted boiling water. Strain as soon as the gnocchi come to the surface.
Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water potato flakes, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite, flavourings), maize flour, potato starch, rice flour, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acide, flavouring.
