Gnocchi are bite sized Italian dumplings made from potato and flour, and are a great alternative to pasta. They cook in mere minutes and can be served with any gluten free pasta sauce but they also pair very well with a lovely fresh pesto.

Le Veneziane Gluten Free Potato Gnocchi is free from sulphites, formulated specially for coeliacs and Vegan. It is ideal for smaller households being conveniently packed in two separately sealed trays each containing two serves.

Gluten Free

Pour gnocchi straight from pack into a saucepan of salted boiling water. Strain as soon as the gnocchi float to the surface.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.

Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water potato flakes, emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, flavours), corn flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid), preservative (sorbic acid), flavours.
