These small hollow tubes are ideal for use in soups like Minestrone and make a great first pasta for young children. Le Veneziane gluten free pasta is specifically formulated for Coeliacs and is also suitable for wheat free, egg free and lactose free diets.
Cooking time 7/8 minutes.
For every 100g of pasta, ensure 1 litre of water/broth. Bring to the boil and then add Le Veneziane pasta. Stir occasionally whilst cooking for approximately 7-8 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Serve immediately when used in soups or drain pasta and serve with your chosen sauce.
