Kookakrumb Gluten Free Breadcrumbs have a delicious toasty flavour that complements a variety of foods. They are ideal for coating chicken, meat and fish and guarantee a crispy golden crumb coating!

Light Crispy Coating: Press chicken, meat or fish directly onto a plate of Kook A Krumb breadcrumbs. Or for no mess, add breadcrumbs to a plastic bag and shake with protein inside.

Thick Traditional Coating: First dust chicken, meat or fish in rice flour, dip in beaten egg and then press on Kook A Krumb breadcrumbs.

  1. Beat pieces of Veal flat with a meat tenderiser to about 3mm thickness.
  2. Crumb as per instructions.
  3. Heat sufficient cooking oil to cover base of a frypan and set heat to medium.
  4. Add crumbed meat to pan and cook until crumbs just turn golden (approx 2 minutes each side).
  1. Flatten pieces of chicken breast with a rolling pin.
  2. Crumb as per instructions.
  3. Heat sufficient cooking oil to cover base of a frypan and set heat to low.
  4. Add crumbed protein to pan and cook for 6-7 minutes each side.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  1. Dip prawns or squid rings into a mixture of 1 beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of milk then toss pieces in breadcrumbs to coat.
  2. Heat cooking oil in pan for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add crumbed pieces and cook for 1-2 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with tartare sauce and lemon wedges!
