This gluten free Panettoncino has a rich and buttery flavour and is studded with delicious chocolate chips! This single serve, Italian cake is naturally leavened and made with the best ingredients. Everyone can indulge, even those with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease.
Warming in a conventional oven or microwave, or lightly toasting will result in a moister, softer cake. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar before serving. (Icing sugar not included).
