The Gluten Free Food Co's Quick Mix Pizza Base is grain free and creates hearty and wholesome vegan pizza bases for your favourite toppings. It’s so simple – just add water and olive oil to the mix, roll and top.
Made with a nutrient dense blend of organic buckwheat, coconut and green banana flours plus organic golden flax meal and chia seed.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place contents into a mixing bowl. Combine 600ml water and 2 tablespoons Olive Oil and stir it briskly into the dry mix.
Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and roll out into 22cm bases.
Line oven trays with baking paper and brush paper with oil. Place bases on the prepared trays.
Bake for 5 minutes, flip over and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with your favourite toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes, OR allow to cool before wrapping and freezing for use later.
