A Thai inspired Green Curry Simmer Sauce that will delight your taste buds with the taste of Asia! This gluten free meal base is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and contains no MSG.

  • 200g FODMAPPED Green Curry Simmer Sauce
  • 350g lean beef, chicken or pork, cut into strips
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled and finely sliced (50g)
  • 1/4 red or yellow capsicum, sliced (50g)
  • 6 green beans (40g)
  • 1/2 cup broccoli* (45g)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Basmati rice, lime wedges and coriander to serve

* You can include broccoli in this meal - up to 1/2 cup (45g) per serve is low FODMAP.


  1. In a heavy base fry pan or wok on medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
  2. Brown the meat strips for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add carrot and capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add beans and broccoli, pour in 200g FODMAPPED Green Curry Simmer Sauce and stir through, cooking for a further 12-15 minutes.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and garnish with a lime wedge and chopped coriander.
