Doodles Creek Mayonnaise is made in Australia with free-range eggs. Winner of the Australian Food Awards Gold Medal in 2017, this mayonnaise contains more pasteurised free range egg than most other products on the market, giving it a rich, creamy texture. Also made with Australian Non GM Canola Oil, expeller pressed with no preservatives added.
This is a traditional French-style mayonnaise with a hint of garlic. It is thick and creamy with just the right balance of lemon and white wine vinegar to combine perfectly with chicken and celery for the quintessential chicken sandwich.
