This Italian made, delicious lemon cream Pandoro is naturally leavened and gluten free. Rich and buttery, this traditional Italian cake is made with the best ingredients. Best when cut horizontally into star-shaped slices. Warming in a conventional oven or microwave, or lightly toasting will result in a moister, softer cake. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar before serving. (Icing sugar not included).
