Chang's range of sauces makes cooking a delicious, quick dinner easy for everyone. This Spicy Sichuan style sauce is a great addition to stir-fries.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Sachet Chang's Spicy Sichuan Style Sauce
    • 200g chicken, diced 30mm cubes
    • 1 Onion, peeled, quartered & seperated
    • 230g Bamboo shoot slices
    • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • Optional:
      • Other vegetables
      • 50g roasted cashew nuts

    Directions:

      1. Heat Wok to very hot. add 1 Tbsp oil and the onion, stir for 1 minute. Transfer to plate.
      2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to wok, turn stove to high heat. Stir fry for 1 minute or until meat is just cooked.
      3. Empty contents of sachet into wok. Mix well, return the cooked vegetables to wok. Stir for another minute and serve. For a more filling meal try adding Chang's Noodles.

      Water, Sugar, Garlic, Soya Beans, Salt, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Rice Wine, Corn Starch (1422), Ginger, Spices.
