Black bean sauce is an essential ingredient in the Cantonese dish “Beef in Black bean sauce”.  It adds a unique flavour to stir-fry beef,  pork casserole and steamed fish.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Sachet Chang's Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
    • 200g Beef, sliced 5mm thick
    • 1 Onion, peeled, quartered & seperated
    • 230g Bamboo shoot slices
    • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • Add other optional vegetables

    Directions:

      1. Heat oil in Wok, add bamboo shoot slices stir fry for 1 minute, Transfer to plate.
      2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to wok, add the meat. Stir fry for 1 minute or until meat is just cooked.
      3. Empty contents of sachet into wok. Mix well, return the cooked vegetables to wok. Stir for another minute and serve. For a more filling meal try adding Chang's Noodles.

      Water, Black Beans, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Corn Starch, Salt, Spices.
