This very popular sauce originated from Japan can be used both as a marinade and a sauce. Teri-yaki means sauce-basted grilling. This sauce will bring both taste and luster to your grill, BBQ or pan-fry.
Water, Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup, Vinegar, Wine, Corn Starch (1422), Yeast extract, Onion, Spices.
Manufactured on equipment that processes peanuts. No Artifical Colouring or Preservatives.
Please Note: In the manufacture of Chang’s Soy based sauces, gluten is first completely removed from the wheat flour by fermentation, leaving only the wheat starch. Foods carrying a gluten-free claim must have “No detectable” gluten. However, by law, the manufacturer is still required to list ALL ingredients. Chang's sauces are tested and contain "no detectable" gluten, making them safe for those who cannot consume gluten, but NOT for those with a wheat allergy.
