Classic soy sauce, naturally brewed to have authentic aroma and taste. It can be used in cooking and as a table sauce.
Water, soya bean extract, wheat flour, salt, caramel colour (150).
Contains Wheat and Soya.
Gluten free.
Please Note: In the manufacture of Chang’s Soy based sauces, gluten is first completely removed from the wheat flour by fermentation, leaving only the wheat starch. Foods carrying a gluten-free claim must have “No detectable” gluten. However, by law, the manufacturer is still required to list ALL ingredients. Chang's sauces are tested and contain "no detectable" gluten, making them safe for those who cannot consume gluten, but NOT for those with a wheat allergy.
