Aunt Betty's Gluten Free Plum Puddings are made from a delicious recipe packed with tender fruits. Each pack contains two individually packaged pudding serves.
Pierce foil several times and steam for 30 mins in a saucepan with water reaching halfway the sides of pudding bowl. Refill water as it evaporates. Ensure the water does not enter the pudding.
Remove seal, ensuring all foil is removed. Heat each pudding for 30 Seconds (based on 1100W oven). Adjust time to suit your own oven. Invert the bowl onto serving plate, squeeze gently and lift off slowly.
