Auga Green Curry Bowl is cooked with Mung Beans and Black Rice. The mild, nutty flavour of the mung beans is complemented by spices to make a curry that is spicy but at the same time slightly sweet. Made from organic ingredients, this gluten free curry is low in sugars, has no added preservatives and is suitable for a Vegan diet.
Stove Top: Open pouch, pour curry into a medium saucepan and heat over med/high heat for 2-3 minutes or until warmed to your liking. Alternatively, place unopened pack in a saucepan of simmering water and heat for 10 minutes.
Microwave: Open pouch and heat in microwave set to 750W for 3-4 minutes. Remove carefully, pour into a bowl and stir to ensure it has warmed evenly.
