Fodmapped FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Simmer Sauce - 200g
A Japanese inspired Teriyaki stir fry simmer sauce combining the authentic flavours of soy, sesame and ginger.
Ingredients:
- 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 350g lean beef, chicken or pork, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup broccoli (45g)*
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely sliced (150g)
- 1/4 red or yellow capsicum, sliced (50g)
- 6 green beans (40g)
- 140g rice stick noodles
* You can include broccoli in this meal - up to 1/2 cup (45g per serve is low FODMAP.
Directions:
- Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- In a heavy base fry pan or wok add the vegetable oil over a medium heat.
- Fry meat strips until browned, add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
- Pour in 200g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and add rice noodles, toss and cook for a further 30 seconds.
