Cooking time 6/7 minutes.
For every 100g of pasta, add 1 litre of water to a large pot and bring to the boil. Add salt (optional) to boiling water and then add Le Veneziane pasta. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Drain pasta and serve.

Le Veneziane Gluten Free Potato Gnocchi is free from sulphites, formulated specially for coeliacs and Vegan. It is ideal for smaller households being conveniently packed in two separately sealed trays each containing two serves.
Pour gnocchi straight from pack into a saucepan of salted boiling water. Strain as soon as the gnocchi float to the surface.

Le Veneziane Gluten Free Corn And Rice Lasagna Pasta Sheets - 250g
Le Veneziane Lasagna Pasta Sheets are made from corn and rice. They are a great gluten free alternative to regular lasagne pasta and maintain an authentic texture and taste. Oven ready with no pre-cooking required; simply layer them directly into your dish and bake.
Make a meat sauce and some very thin gluten free bechamel sauce.
In a deep oven dish and starting with the meat sauce, alternate layers of dry lasagna sheets, meat sauce and bechamel sauce. Add grated cheese to each layer of lasagne top with plenty of grated cheese and a few knobs of butter.
Cook lasagne in an oven for approximately 30 minutes at 220°C.
Leave the dish to settle for 10 minuted before serving.
