Ingredients:
- 500g of Ardor Gluten Free Pizza Flour
- 3tsp of yeast
- 1 ½tsp of salt
- 400ml of warm water
- 3 tbsp of olive oil (roughly)
- Ardor Rice flour (for dusting)
Directions:
- Whisk flour and yeast together in a bowl.
- Add warm water and mix with a wooden spoon until it starts to come together.
- Add olive oil and mix until rough dough ball forms.
- Add salt and knead until smooth.
- Massage dough ball with olive oil.
- Cover bowl with glad wrap and set aside in a warm place to rise for two hours.
- With oiled hands (or gloves) punch down and knead dough for two minutes.
- Roll out dough into balls and place on lightly oiled tray.
- Dust the tops of the pizza balls with rice flour.
- Preheat oven or pizza maker.
- Roll out the dough into a thin circle, then apply toppings.
- Cook for 7 minutes or until the edges brown.

Ardor Food Co Premium Crafted Gnocchi Flour - 1kg
Ardor Food Co Gnocchi Flour is specifically crafted to use when making gnocchi. Simply follow any gnocchi recipe and replace the wheat flour with this flour 1 for 1 - it's that simple!

Ingredients:
- 1kg of red potatoes
- 200g of Ardor Gluten Free Gnocchi Flour
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 2 pinches of salt
Directions:
- Peel and dice potatoes. Then steam for 45mins (or until soft.)
- Cool potatoes then mash in a bowl.
- Add flour, nutmeg, white pepper and salt and knead until it forms a ball.
- Dust a bench with flour and cut the dough into eight segments.
- Roll each segment out into a long snake, then cut into gnocchi pieces.
- Add the gnocchi in batches to a pot of salted boiling water.
- Cook for three minutes.
- Serve with sauce of your choice.

Ardor Food Co premium grade Bread Baking Flour is a multipurpose bread flour that is great for making most types of bread.

Ingredients:
- 500g of Ardor Gluten Free Bread Flour
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 380ml warm water
- 12g dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking salt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 170° C (conventional).
- In a bowl add flour, yeast, and sugar and mix.
- Add water, salt and olive oil, kneading after each addition until combined.
- Form dough into a loaf shape and let it rest for 1 to 1.5 hours in a warm place.
- After your dough has rested, make one to 3 slits in the top and then bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
